Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to accept these Terms and provide accurate account information. Protect credentials, review active sessions, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
AI tools and acceptable use
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or non-unique. Review outputs before relying on them. Do not use Aether for unlawful activity, abuse, infringement, child sexual content, non-consensual intimate content, malware, unauthorized access, or high-risk professional decisions without qualified human safeguards. You must have rights to all submitted content.
Plans and payments
Plan prices, allowances, resets, and renewal terms shown at checkout control. Stripe, Square, and PayPal behavior in the current beta is mocked and does not charge real funds. Any future live checkout will require updated disclosures. Referral credits and promotions are subject to their separate terms.
Imports and exports
Every import is automatically scanned for security threats and content-policy compliance before account data changes. Failed scans may be rejected or escalated to human security review. Unsupported formats may be requested, prioritized by current plan and request order, but Aether makes no promise when or whether support will be added; the mapping wizard is the immediate self-service alternative.
Confirmed malicious imports
After human review confirms a malicious import attempt, all promotional benefits—including redemption, promotional add-ons, and referral rewards—are void; all fees paid to date are forfeited without refund; and the account is immediately and permanently banned, outside the ordinary graduated enforcement process.
Suspension and termination
Aether may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risk, nonpayment when live billing exists, or legal necessity. Users may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to lawful record-retention duties.
Liability Waiver
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. AI OUTPUT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. AETHER IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES arising from outages, lost data, inaccurate or harmful output, third-party tools, or user/assistant actions. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to fees actually paid for the service during the preceding 12 months. Non-waivable statutory rights remain unaffected.
